Once again, Enosburg Falls Middle School has won the Vermont State Championship in this fall’s Vocabulary Bowl Challenge! For the past two months, our school has competed against other Vermont schools–as well as hundreds of schools around the country and world–to master as many words as possible. Led by Jacob Weed, Hunter Dupaw, and Aleena Becic, we mastered a whopping 4,503 words. If you mastered even a single word during this time, you helped us reach our goal. Thank you and congratulations to all!

Please join us tonight at The Enosburg Opera House for Community Resource Night from 5pm - 7pm! This is a collaboration of Sheila Mercon from HireAbility, Taylor Soule, Family Engagement Coordinator at RJSHS and Erin Durivage, Family Engagement Coordinator at EFMHS. 10+ agencies will be present to share what their programs can offer our community members. The list includes: HireAbility Prevent Child Abuse VT Cold Hollow Family Practice Franklin Grand Isle Tobacco Prevention Coalition NCSS Adult and Adolescent Services Vermont Department of Labor The NOTCH NFI Ashley Chamberlain, MA Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports The Rise Program will also be there presenting the work they are doing at EFMHS and making snacks to share. Communications have also been made with: CVOEO Monarch Maples Pediatrics Vermont Family Network Spectrum Youth and Family Services Vermont Council on Independent Living
